A free Excel template for a door schedule and the hardware sets that go with it. Fill in one row per opening, assign each a hardware set, and list each set item by item. No sign-up.

Door schedule columns
| Column | What goes in it |

| Opening No. | Matches the number on the floor plan |
| From / to room | Which spaces the door separates; sets the egress direction |
| Width, height, thickness | Nominal door size, for example 3'-0" x 7'-0" x 1-3/4" |
| Door and frame type | Elevation and profile codes from the drawings |
| Door and frame material | Hollow metal, wood, aluminum |
| Fire rating | From the life safety plan (dropdown) |
| Handing | LH, RH, LHR or RHR, read from the outside (dropdown) |
| Hardware set | The set number defined on the Hardware Sets tab |
| Keyed, electrified | Flags for the keying meeting and the security drawings |
